The conference was founded in 2021 and started an annual tradition of professional conferences that provide a unique and comprehensive platform for the examination of the main challenges in Israel's maritime space, through the industry, academia and technology executives.
This year the conference will focus on three central sessions - infrastructure and energy, sea resources, and the management of the maritime space.
The conference will examine the economic, political and environmental effects, will present the significant challenges that lie ahead of us in the coming decades, alongside the challenges of the upcoming climate conference (COP 27) to be held in November 2022 in Sharm El Sheikh, will present technological solutions to deal with the maritime challenges and will offer recommendations for implementation at the governmental level._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
נושאי הוועידה
במסגרת הוועידה יתקיימו הרצאות של דוברים מישראל והעולם ויערכו דיונים ומפגשים מקצועיים בנושאים של חדשנות פיננסית וכלכלת האימפקט בישראל בתחום האשראי, שילוב של חדשנות טכנולוגיות ו- AI בניהול עסקים קטנים, ובפרויקטים לאומיים שונים העוסקים בהנגשת כלים פיננסיים לאוכלוסיות מודרות. סביב הוועידה יתקיימו פעילויות שונות לקידום נושאים אלה ויצירת מפגשים ובניית רשתות תמיכה והכרות (network), ותערוכה של שירותים וכלים טכנולוגיים חדשניים לניהול עסקים קטנים.
אירועי השיא של הכנס יהיה הענקת פרס עוגן לעסקים קטנים: ״עסק קטן גדול 2023״ אשר הראו מנהיגות עסקית, חברתית ואישית והענקת אות הוקרה למנטורים המתנדבים על פעילותם החברתית במסגרת זו. ועידת עוגן היא הראשונה מסוגה המתקיימת בישראל – ותסייע להוביל שינוי חברתי כלכלי ומשמעותי בחברה הישראלית

מושב חדשנות וטכנולוגיה - אתגרים והזדמנויות לעסקים קטנים
עולם החדשנות והטכנולוגיה נמצא בתנועה מתמדת, בפיתוח ב”שיבוש״ (disruption) של מציאות העסקית. הוא מספק כלים שיכולים לשמש עסקים קטנים בשיווק, במכירות בניהול ובאדמיניסטרציה - לייעל, להגדיל פריון, לצמצם הוצאות ולמנף את העסק בהשקעה מדוייקת להיקפים גדולים בסדרי גודל. הוא גם מציב אתגרים - ידע וכישורים נדרשים, גישה לכלים והטמעה ותחרות שמתעצמת.
המושב בהובלת הגוינט ועוגן, יעסוק באתגרים והזדמנויות שהשינויים הטכנולוגיים וה- AI מציבים בפני העסקים הקטנים, בדגש על עסקים המצויים בענפים בפריון נמוך.

פרויקטים לאומיים מחוללי שינוי כלכלי חברתי
מושב שיעסוק בשורה של פרויקטים לאומיים שנועדו לאפשר לאוכלוסיות מוחלשות ובפריפריה החברתית והגיאוגרפית לכלים פיננסים, אשראי והתנהלות כלכלית אחראית. אלה כוללים: הלוואות ISA לסטודנטים ערבים וחרדים, ליווי פיננסים לבעלי דירוג נמוך משפחות יוצאי אתיופיה וחייבים - בהוצאה לפועל, ומנטורינג לעסקים קטנים בחברה החרדית והערבית.

The conference will be attended by ministers and senior officials from government ministries, CEOs of leading bodies in the maritime field, key people in local government, CEOs of prominent companies, start-up companies, representatives of academia, civil society, representatives of organizations International and delegations from abroad.

During the past 15 years, Hila Ehrenreich has been involved in various positions in the fields of infrastructure and the environment in the maritime space, among other things, she served as the CEO of the Governmental Company for the Protection of the Cliffs of the Mediterranean Sea and was part of the establishment team of a technology incubator in the field of infrastructure and the environment. Today she accompanies start-up companies in the maritime sector and director of the National Center for Blue Economy and Innovation.
