BMP, Benni Moran Management and Program Productions Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company”, "We" or “Us”), respects your privacy and undertakes to protect your personal information held thereby. This privacy policy is written in the masculine solely for the sake of convenience, and everything written herein shall be deemed as referring to the feminine as well.

Use of the website “www.BMP.co.il” (hereinfater: “Website”) and/or engaging with the Company, constitutes your consent for the Company to collect, store and use your data in the manner set forth in this policy, and your consent to the risks descrived in the

 

security section.

In this Policy, the term, “Personal Information”, means any information collected by the Company or provided thereto by yourself or anyone on your behalf, by means of which you could be reasonably identified and/or information protected by the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including, but not limited to, your first name, last name, ID number, address, telephone number, email address, subjects of interest, payment methods, services purchased, additional information provided while contacting the Company, correspondence therewith, and so forth.

You are not obligated by law to provide the Company with your Personal Information and such is provided of your own free will and with your consent. However, you hereby agree that without providing such information the Company may not offer you its services or you may not be able to make use of all options, content or information provided on the Website.

Some of the information collected about you during your use of the Website and/or your engagement with the Company, does not identify you personally and is not stored together with your Personal Information. It is statistic and/or aggregate information. For example, an advertisement you read on the Website, the pages you viewed, the offers and services you were interested in, your IP address and so forth.

Any information collected in your regard will be stored on the Company’s database which is maintained according to law (hereinafter: “Database”), and for which the Company is liable. Use of the Website and/or the services offered by the Company through the Website, constitute your consent to this privacy policy and for information in your regard to be stored on and managed by such Database. Any use of the information on the Database will be made in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy or the provisions of the law, for the purposes set forth below. Personal Information wil be stored on said Database, inter alia, for the following purposes:

  2. To contact you when we believe it necessary for the provision of the services or to meet any other legal obligation;

  6. If any claim is made or if the Company suspects that you committed an act and/or omission that harms and/or may harm it and/or anyone on its behalf and/or any third parties, or if you had done anything illegal;

According to the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, every person has the right to review, either himself or by written proxy or guardian, any information held thereon on a database. A person who reviewed the information thereon and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, may contact the database manager and ask that the information be corrected or deleted. If the database manager refuses, he must notify the person who made such request in the manner set forth in the regulations. A refusal by a database manager to review information or to correct or delete information may be appealed by the person who made such request in the manner set forth in the regulations.

In addition, if the information on a database is used to contact you personally, you are entitled according to the Privacy Protection Law to demand in writing that the information in your regard be deleted from the database.

 

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company may change the terms of its privacy policy from time to time. If any material changes are made to the policy, notice to that effect will be published on the Website’s homepage 30 days prior to the change taking effect. If any other immaterial changes are made to the policy, then notice to that effect will be published on the Website’s homepage 7 days before taking effect - unless the changes to the policy are made according to the provisions of the law or the demand of a competent authority, whereas the changes will take effect according to the provisions of such law or demand. Your continued use of the Website after the terms of the policy are amended, constitutes your consent to the amended policy.
