Israel continues to expand its efforts to significantly reduce the world's dependence on petroleum in transportation. The last conference that took place for increasing awareness on the subject brought together senior executives from the global transportation industry, automakers, startups, and policymakers in the field of alternative fuels and intelligent transportation.

The goal of this conference was to discuss topics related to transportation technologies and business models that could help achieve Israel’s future goal – reduce the country’s consumption of petroleum by 60% until 2025.

Among other things, an exhibition promoting transport innovation took place, as well as a festive fundraiser attended by the Israeli prime minister.
