If you wish to cancel a transaction, please send an email message to PROD@BMP.CO.IL, stating the number of the order you wish to cancel. 

A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date, provided such date is no later than 7 business days prior to the event subject of the transaction. Insofar as a transaction is cancelled, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged, as per the provisions of the law. 

For the sake of clarity - tickets bought 7 business days prior to an event cannot be cancelled and their cost will no be refunded.  

Event producers may authorize a refund at their discretion, even if such refund does not meet the terms of the cancellation policy.
